We kindly request all guests switch off their cellphones in order to maintain a calm and relaxing spa environment. This allows all guests to enjoy their treatments without distractions.
Our therapists are here to ensure you have a relaxing experience. If you're uncomfortable due to the room temperature, music volume, or massage pressure, please let us know so we can adjust accordingly.
We recommend you leave your valuables at home, as Allee Massage is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We also suggest removing your jewelry before your session.
We ask you to undress to your comfort level before the session begins. Robes and slippers are provided for your convenience, especially when using the shower.
Your session time includes undressing, redressing, professional consultation, and recommendations from your therapist.
If you're running late, we ask that you call to inform us. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but please note that the full amount will still be charged and the full session time is not guaranteed.
We require a 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling appointments to avoid a $50 fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Gift cards can only be used at the studio where they were purchased and must be presented at the time of the appointment. They are non-refundable, have no cash value, and do not include gratuity unless stated otherwise.
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express. A valid credit card must be on file to reserve your appointment.
If the form of payment declines, all accumulated sessions will expire, and upcoming appointments will be canceled until we receive updated payment information. We allow a two-day grace period for members to update their payment information.
